adobe killed flash in 2021, and damaged a lot of mspas in its wake. it was able to display dynamic content such as animations with sound, audio settings, and playback controls, without taking the reader out of the story. nowadays, there are two main ways to view flash content in a web browser... you can either use ruffle, an extention for modern webbrowsers, or use an up-to-date browser that is still compatable with flash, such as palemoon, along with cleanflash, an adware-free version of china's still supported flash player

flash content on bloodhouse is tested with
a) the most recent version of ruffle (at the time of each page's release) along with librewolf 115
and b) the most recent version of palemoon and cleanflash, at the time of each page's release.
however, cleanflash tends to run faster than ruffle in general...
